After months of consideration I finally gave in and purchased Urban Decay’s infamous Naked Palette!
And I’m glad I did. Its totally something I can use in my everyday routine. The shadows are versatile and rich in pigment.
The only problem I really have with it is one the shadow brush it is synthetic which doesn’t do me any good with powder shadows really its more something you’d use with cream products. And more matte shades… Buck and Naked are great but I would have liked to see more.
I know what your saying.. but its 48 BUCKS… Yes I know but it is TOTALLY worth the money. Each slim pan holds 0.05g of shadow. One of Urban Decay’s eyeshadow tokens holds 0.05g and they re $17USD. So do the math 12x $17= $204. So yea $48 is a steal for all this awesomeness! Not to mention you get a sample size bottle of UDPP!!
The shadows have UD’s signature velvety shimmery shadows that all but melt into your skin its so soft. Each shadow is extremely pigmented no glitterball fall out heavy shadows here in my opinion. And its sleek and slim packaging makes it easy to take along with you on your travels and contains all the shades you would need whether your going on a business trip or if your going out of town with the girls!
The package is sleek and sexy as well. With metallic gold writing and a brown velvet package it looks very high end.
All in all I would definitely suggest this palette to beginners-pros! I would be a great buy. A+ in my book! You can pick this up at any Sephora Ulta or Urban Decay.com
